We are pleased to announce that registration is now OPEN for the OCP U.S. Summit 2017 to be held on March 8th & 9th at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Please note that this is a different venue from our 2016 and 2015 events which were held in San Jose.

The OCP Summit is a 2-day event that will feature a stellar lineup of speakers, announcements, demonstrations, booths and networking opportunities. More importantly, it’s your opportunity to work together with the OCP community to progress the future of important projects—Data Center, Compliance and Interoperability (C&I), Hardware Management, High Performance Computing (HPC), Networking, Open Rack, Server, Storage and Telco. Cancellation Policy

The standard registration deadline is March 7, 2017. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations prior to December 8 - 75% refund

  • Cancellations prior to January 8 - 50% refund

  • Cancellations prior to February 8 - 25% refund

  • Cancellations after February 8 - no refunds

Summit Sponsorships Begin At A Record Pace

Sponsorship sales for the 2017 OCP Summit, to be held March 8 - 9, 2017 in Santa Clara, CA, began two weeks ago and are off to a robust start. So far, one Gold, four Silver, two Bronze, and five Copper sponsorships have been sold, as well as several promotional sponsorships. There are many different sponsorship levels available for the 2017 Summit, ranging in price from $10,000 up to $200,000 for a Platinum level sponsorship, that includes speaking opportunities, up to 35 complimentary event passes, a 20’ X 20’ booth, and extensive marketing exposure before, during and after the event.

The Open Compute Project Foundation continues to provide a platform for individuals and organizations to share their intellectual property (IP) with others and encourage the IT industry to innovate. We welcome innovation on all levels from all sources, holding high standards for only proven and consumable products and services. As the Foundation prepares for its annual Summit in March in Santa Clara, California, the focus will be adopting OCP hardware and how users can deploy their software solutions on OCP-Accepted™ and OCP-Inspired™ hardware, regardless of the rack and power types  their data center requires.

The OCP U.S. Summit 2017 will be held on 8-9 March 2017 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California and registration is now open.

Attendees to the OCP summits come from the technology, finance, government, and consulting sectors and represent a wide audience, from engineers to senior executives.

Abstracts for the Keynote and Engineering workshops must be submitted by 31 December 2016 and speakers will be notified by 8 January 2017 If your talk is accepted, a slide template and instructions will be sent to you. Slides must be submitted for review no later than 19 February 2017.  Please note, the Foundation reserves the right cancel any talks which the slides are not received by the deadline above or which do not use the required OCP template.
