The OCP European Summit 2014 is set to kick off on Thursday, 30 October at École Polytechnique outside of Paris, France. This 2-day event has a full lineup of industry leaders across the hardware ecosystem.

Our exciting list of keynote speakers include Olof Barring of CERN, Billy Cox of Intel, Mark Shuttleworth of Canonical, Aaron Sullivan of Rackspace, Kushagra Vaid of Microsoft, and Philippe Dewost of Caisse des Dépôts.

This summit we have what are calling our “Give and Get” track.  This is where our community can discuss their contributions to the Foundation (Give) and/or what they hope the impact will be to participating in OCP (Get).  In these tracks we have presentations from StackVelocity, Telecity Group France, Enter, Microsoft and Cumulus Networks.

If you are interested in participating in one of the many OCP Projects, we will have the following represented in our Engineering Workshops: Data Center, Hardware Management, HPC, Networking, Open Rack, Server, and Storage.  We are also inviting Telcos and those working in that space to join us in Paris for the first meeting of the OCP Telco Working Group.

OCP events are only possible through the generosity of our sponsors and community.  The Foundation would like to thank the follow sponsors for making the 2014 OCP European Summit possible:  Intel, Microsoft, Western Digital, HP, Stack Velocity, Hyve Solutions, Schneider Electric, Wiwynn, Splitted Desktop, Cumulus Networks, Goldman Sachs, Paris-Saclay and Inria.
